    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection device capable of electrically connecting/disconnecting a rotating electrical machine and an inverter device to/from each other in a case in an easy and safe manner.SOLUTION: The electric connection device E includes a first bus bar 21, a second bus bar 31, and a connection member 41. The connection member 41 includes a clip part 51 for clipping a first opposite part F2 of the first bus bar 21 and a second opposite part F3 of the second bus bar 31 arranged opposing each other to be electrically connected to each other, a holding part 52 for holding the clip part 51, and a guide part 53 for guiding the holding part 52 movably along a guiding direction. The clip part 51 has an opening portion which opens toward one side in the guiding direction and into which the first opposite part F2 and the second opposite part F3 can be inserted. The guide part 53 guide the holding part 52 between a connection position where the clip part 51 clips the first opposite part F2 and the second opposite part F3, and a non-connection position where the first opposite part F2 and the second opposite part F3 are disengaged from the clip part 51.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor module 1 includes a base plate 2, a substrate 3, and a case member 4. A fin region formed with a fin 7 is arranged on one surface of the base plate 2. The substrate 3 is laid on another surface of the base plate. The case member 4 has an internal space 40, while an opening 43 smaller than the one surface of the base plate but larger than the fin region is formed at one wall 41 of the case member 4. While the fin of the base plate is projected from the internal space side to the external side through the opening of the case member, the base plate is sealed and bonded to the surface of the internal space side of the case member. Thereby, the first connecting part 51 is fastened and fixed to the first terminal 61, the insertion hole 53 is formed larger than the diameter of the shaft-shaped portion of the fastening bolt 62, and the direction in which the plug 71 is taken out and put in is almost parallel with the axial direction of the fastening bolt 62.
