    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to sew a sand-protecting sheet and prevent the sheet from being floated out or carried away during the execution of work, and keep the sheet submerged in an intended location surely and maintain a desired sand-protecting effect for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A permeable sand-protecting sheet 10 is formed with a cloth 11, a metal part 21, whose specific weight is at least 5.0, a bag-shaped cylindrical part 12 and an ear 13. The bag-shaped cylindrical part 12 is preliminarily provided with a specified spacing in the longitudinal direction and sewn and then the metal body 21 is inserted into the cylindrical part 12. The sand- protecting sheet 10 is prepared and installed to a seabed at an area which forms a foundation of a breakwater. This construction makes it possible to sew the sheet with ease and prevent the sheet from being carried away by with waves or being floated by wind during the execution of work, since a specified weight is imparted on a construction site and keep the sheet submerged at an intended site surely and hence maintain a desired sand-protecting effect at a specified position for a long time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damming up of water and erosion and to secure the performance over a long period of time by providing a water collecting groove and a drain channel on the installation surface of a support constructing bed formed in the midway of a slant, and constructing a shock absorbing bank body through the drain passage. SOLUTION: A slant 10 is cut off like a staircase, banking is performed to a designated height with a reinforcement material 21 interposed therein, and the side surface is covered with a retaining wall block or the like to construct a support constructing bed 20. On the installation surface 24, a water collecting channel 30 lateral to the slant 10 and plural drainage channels 31 vertical thereto are formed. On the other hand, a transmitting body 50 and a shock receiving body 60 are provided by enclosing buffer materials 52, 62 in elongated cylindrical bags 51, 61 made of raw material having both expandability and tensile strength. On the installation surface 24, a resistor 40 having a reinforcing material 41 interposed between banking layers 42 is constructed to be hierarchical, the transmitting bodies 50 are stacked horizontally on the front surface, and the shock receiving bodies 60 are arranged side by side on the front surface thereof to construct a shock absorbing bank body A. Damming up of water and erosion can be avoided by giving drainage performance to secure a shock absorbing performance over a long period of time. Further, executability is good in a job site.
