    • PURPOSE: To enhance the durability, by forming a cylindrical gabion having meshes by the use of a thermosetting resin belt in which fibers are inserted in the longitudinal direction and welding the intersections of belts. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rows of polyester fibers are arranged in a polyethylene by the use of cloth heads to form a belt, when the polyethylene containing carbon black is extruded and shaped to make a belt-form. The belt 1 is cut at every specified length and made to form loops with about 600mm diameter. The ends are lapped over and welded with hot air to form circumferential strands 2 of a gabion material. Both ends of belt 1 are folded back to form loops 4 and the ends of the loop are welded to form longitudinal strands 3. And further, a plurality of strands 3 are shaped to make U-shaped forms and a plurality of strands 2 are inserted into the outside of the strands 3. The intersections 5 are welded so that the mesh openings are about 30-150mm wide.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a banking slope forming unit which is easily handled and transported, does require a small room for housing and loading, enables the surface of the baking to be planted, also enables a slope gradient to be changed as required, and allows a plurality of the units to be formed into solid banking and firmly stable banking slope forming wall members. CONSTITUTION:Each banking slope forming unit 10 is so constituted that a lower and an upper stage tension member 15 and 17 in a net making shape are provided for the inner surface 12 of a wall surface member 11 composed of a plurality of perforated members in such a way as to be freely rotated by means of installation sections 16 and 18. After the first floor unit 10 is planted onto the ground G while a desired gradient A is given, the unit is fixed on the ground by a locking fixture 40 with the lower tension member 15 opened. Next, a banking layer M1 is formed, which has the horizontal surface S1 of a banking layer at the height of the installation section 18 of the upper stage tension member 17. Consequently, the wall surface member 21 of the second floor unit 20 is erected while being brought into contact with the inner surface 12 of the upper end section 14 of the first floor unit 10, and a banking layer M2 is then formed by means of similar banking works, so that the lower stage tension member 25 is thereby fixed. Thus, the uppermost floor unit 30 is set up by repeating works similar to the aforesaid works, so that a banking M where lamination has been over, and a banking slope forming wall member 01 are thereby formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance and workability by forming a fence for storm protection, snow protection and dustproofing by providing fiber-reinforced plastic belts in the lengthy direction in parallel and in parallel in the vertical direction with intervals. SOLUTION: A belt 12 in which high strength fiber with a higher melting point than thermoplastic resin is inserted in the lengthy direction is provided in the thermoplastic resin. Thereafter, the belts 12 are arranged in parallel with specified intervals, and the same belts are welded 13 on the belts 12 orthogonally and with constant intervals and made in a sheet form.
