SOLUTION: The method for producing a sustained-release slime control composition includes a process for heating and mixing (a) a higher fatty acid and a polyethylene glycol as binders solid at normal temperature with (b) one or more as a bactericidal component selected from the group consisting of dimethyl didecyl ammonium chloride, dimethyl isononyl decyl ammonium chloride, dimethyl dioctyl ammonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, copper sulfate and copper terephthalate and (c) one or more as an auxiliary selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol, an oil-absorbing fine powder and a physicochemical regulator and then a process for casting the liquid composition obtained by heating and mixing into a mold, allowing the composition to stand naturally or forcedly reducing the temperature of the composition to solidify and mold the composition.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to sew a sand-protecting sheet and prevent the sheet from being floated out or carried away during the execution of work, and keep the sheet submerged in an intended location surely and maintain a desired sand-protecting effect for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A permeable sand-protecting sheet 10 is formed with a cloth 11, a metal part 21, whose specific weight is at least 5.0, a bag-shaped cylindrical part 12 and an ear 13. The bag-shaped cylindrical part 12 is preliminarily provided with a specified spacing in the longitudinal direction and sewn and then the metal body 21 is inserted into the cylindrical part 12. The sand- protecting sheet 10 is prepared and installed to a seabed at an area which forms a foundation of a breakwater. This construction makes it possible to sew the sheet with ease and prevent the sheet from being carried away by with waves or being floated by wind during the execution of work, since a specified weight is imparted on a construction site and keep the sheet submerged at an intended site surely and hence maintain a desired sand-protecting effect at a specified position for a long time.

The surface of the cathode 3a is irradiated with electromagnetic waves such as sunlight and ultraviolet rays so that oxygen is generated on the surface of the cathode 3a by the decomposition of water. Organic compounds in the waste water D are partially decomposed by the oxygen to make the biological treatment easy. Then the waste water D is treated in a biological catalytic oxidation tank 2 arranged downstream from the wastewater receiving part 3.
