    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation characteristics of wax by forming a retainer cartridge with a portion of shell surrounding a retainer cartridge is blocked with an end of case and end wall portion covering an electric heater, and forming this end wall portion out of a heat accummulating portion having thicker thickness than that of the shell portion. SOLUTION: An end portion of case 46 in a heat sensitive driving means 251 and synthetic resin cover 55 having bottomed shell portion 56 covering a PTC heater 26 are fixed to a retainer cartridge 43 detachably, and the bottomed shell portion 56 is blocked by an end wall portion 56b formed as a heat accumulating portion having thicker thickness, while covering one end of the case 46 and the PTC heater 26 with one end of a shell portion 56a surrounding the retainer cartridge 43. Thereby, it is possible to increase that mass comparatively in the end wall portion 56b, and a wax material 50 stored in one end of the case 46 can be improved in heat insulation property. By such constitution, an air layer 70 between a cover 55 and a protection cover 68 outside the cover 55 can be formed thinly, so that a starting fuel adjusting device 211 can be miniaturized.

CONSTITUTION:A robot R operates an arm 55 to the position of a work W which is temporarily stopped at a predetermined position of a tact carrier Cr, a clearance is measured by a clearance dimension measurement equipment M, a measured value is given to a control panel C, and operation control of a shim ejecting device S is started. Next, the control panel C starts operation of, for example, an ejection cylinder 38 corresponding to a shim 37 corresponding to the clearance dimension measured value, and when the cylinder 38 is extended, a pusher 7 pushes out only the shim 37 on the lowest layer in a magazine rack 4 to the side of a chute 1. CONSTITUTION:A cable stopper 16 is constituted of a small and a large cylindrical members 27, 28 and a flange member 29. A eccentric section 30, an inclined surface 38, a cable groove 33 for a cable inserting, and an end part housing chamber 34 are formed on the center shaft. Moreover, an engaging projection 47 to a cable stopper 16 and a throttle guide 46 are formed on a spring seat member 17 mainly made of a spring seat annular ring member 44, a bore of a slip out prevention cylinder 18 is made to be equal to the outer diameter of the cable stopper 16, and a projection string 52 engaging plastic engagement to the channel is provided. It is possible therefore, to attach a throttle valve 14 without detachment of the same from a housed body for housing a throttle valve main body 15, to make work easy and to improve reliability.

    • PURPOSE:To improve low speed fuel consumption, by a method wherein fuel is fed to a low speed system route by first opening only an auxiliary intake air passage, and fuel is fed to a main system route by secondly opening a main intake air passage by means of a slide throttle valve which simultaneously opens and closes the main intake air passage and the auxiliary intake air passage, which are positioned in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A small auxiliary intake air passage 24 is installed in parallel to a main intake air passage 2, fuel is fed to the main intake air passage 2 through a main nozzle 15, and fuel is fed to the auxiliary intake air passage 24 through a low speed nozzle 23a independently from each other. In a throttle valve 4, sliding at right angles with each intake air passage, only the auxiliary intake air passage 24 is opened during the primary stage of upward movement, and fuel is stably fed to the low speed system route. When the throttle valve 4 is further moved upward, the main intake air passage 2 is also opened, and fuel is fed through the main nozzle 15.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an accelerating pump from erroneously operating due to the pulsation of negative pressure at the time of idling by providing a valve which is closed when a throttle valve is closed, in a negative pressure passage, in an accelerating pump which operates according to the negative pressure on the lower course of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:A sliding type throttle valve 18 is opened and closed by means of a lever 30 which swings centering around a shaft 29. A screw rod 72 which is fixed to the lever 30, depresses the contact part 70 of a cut-off valve 47 which is provided opposite to the end 73 of the screw rod 72, when the valve is closed. When the contact part 72 is depressed, a valve body 54 is closed against a spring, to cut off a negative pressure passage 46 which introduces negative pressure into the negative pressure chamber 38 of a negative-pressure responding type accelerating pump 32 through pipes 46a, 46b. Thereby, negative pressure does not act on the negative pressure chamber 38 at the time of idling, preventing unnecessary operation of the accelerating pump 32. When the throttle valve 18 is opened, the lever 30 is moved upward, and the cut-off valve 47 is opened connecting the pipe 46a to the pipe 46b, to reduce negative pressure and operate the pump 32.
