    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic seal structure capable of improving the cooling efficiency of an oil sump. SOLUTION: This hydraulic seal structure comprises a flange 22 formed outward from the outer periphery of a low-speed rotating shaft 2, a flange receiving part 23 so formed on a high-speed rotating shaft 4 as to surround the flange 22 and forming a downstream space compartment 27, an inlet side receiving part 29 extending from the flange receiving part 23 and forming an upstream space compartment 32, and a through-hole 34 allowing the upstream space compartment 32 to communicate with the downstream space compartment 27. When the high-speed rotating shaft 4 is rotated, an upstream side oil sump 36 is formed in the upstream space compartment 32 and a downstream side oil sump 37 is formed in the downstream space compartment 27 by the centrifugal force caused by rotating the high-speed rotating shaft 4. Further, the oil flows from the upstream side oil sump 36 to the downstream side oil sump 37 through the through-hole 34, and flows out of the downstream side oil sump 37.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome various defects by providing a sealing system without harmful wear against efficiency of a system for a long period of time without feeding external air.
      SOLUTION: A dynamic sealing system between two coaxial rotary shafts respectively comprising an inner shaft and an outer shaft is provided. Connected to the inner shaft 12, the system comprises a sectorized annular assembly of wipers 22 that are movable under an effect of centrifugal force, and an annular receptacle 42 for liquid arranged in an inside surface of an outer shaft 14.
