    • PURPOSE: A conductive ink composition is provided to avoid the coherence of particles since particles are not formed and the injection of separate nano particles due to high metal content. CONSTITUTION: A conductive ink composition comprises: a metal compound obtained by adding a mixture of C10-22 fatty acids and C2-9 fatty acids and ammonia into a metal precursor aqueous solution; an amine compound; and a solvent. A method for preparing the conductive ink composition comprises the steps of: (i) dissolving a metal precursor in water to prepare an aqueous solution; (ii) adding a mixture of C10-22 fatty acids and C2-9 fatty acids and ammonia into a metal precursor aqueous solution to obtain a metal compound; (iii) washing and drying the metal compound; and (iv) dissolving the dried metal compound and the amine compound in a solvent.

    • A cleaning liquid and a method for cleaning a liquid crystal display using the same are provided to eliminate an organic residue including a stripper without any corrosion of a metallic wiring and to reduce the cost of chemicals to be additionally used for the prevention any adverse effect caused by reaction of the stripper and water. The cleaning liquid for a liquid crystal display comprises (a) ultrapure water, and (b) carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof. The cleaning liquid has a pH of from 3 to 3.5. In particular, the carboxylic acid or the derivative thereof is preferably formic acid(HCOOH), acetic acid(CH3COOH), propionic acid(CH3CH2COOH) or butyric acid(CH3CH2CH2COOH), and is more preferably acetic acid. The cleaning liquid is generally employed to clean a stripper of the liquid crystal display.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a stripping solution composition which removes easily the color resist pattern of an inferior substrate generated during the manufacturing process of the color filter of a TFT-LCD within a short time with minimizing the corrosion of under metal wire to reuse the inferior substrate (a black mask or a glass substrate) and can be rinsed with water without using an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: The stripping solution composition comprises 1-10 wt% of an inorganic alkali hydroxide or an alkyl ammonium hydroxide; 40-95 wt% of dimethylsulfoxide; and 4-50 wt% of water. Preferably the composition comprises further 0.05-111 parts by weight of at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of a water-soluble amine compound, an N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone, an alkylene glycol ether, an inorganic alkali acetate and an alkanolamine based on 100 parts by weight of the stripping solution composition.

    • PURPOSE: A corrosion inhibitor for a photoresist stripping solution and a photoresist stripping solution composition using the corrosion inhibitor are provided, to improve stripping property, to prevent the corrosion on metal wire and to allow the rinsing process using an alcohol-based organic solvent in dual layer wiring process to be omitted for reducing the processing time and the cost. CONSTITUTION: The corrosion inhibitor comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an alkyl gallate of C1-C12 and mercaptomethyl benzimidazole. The photoresist stripping solution composition comprises 100 parts by weight of an aliphatic organic amine and an aprotic or protic polar solvent; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of the corrosion inhibitor. Preferably the composition comprises further at least one corrosion inhibitor selected from the group consisting of a triazole and an organic acid. Preferably the ratio of the aliphatic organic amine and the aprotic or protic polar solvent is 1-80 : 20-99 by weight.
