To provide a lamination device capable of laminating a sheet-like member without damaging it.SOLUTION: A lamination device comprises a flexible conveyance plate (20), a clamping mechanism (25) for holding a sheet-like member placed on the conveyance plate (20) on this conveyance plate (20), and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the degree of curvature of the conveyance plate (20). When a new sheet-like member (1) placed on the conveyance plate (20) is laminated on an already laminated sheet-like member (1), the conveying plate (20) is deformed from a flat state to a curved state by the adjusting mechanism, and thereby the new sheet-like member (1) placed on the conveyance plate (20) is deformed from the flat state to the curved state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
