PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily settle an operating cable by solving that the operating cable interferes with a movable part and utilizing existing parts, and to dispose a servo motor and a control part so as not to be thermally affected by solving the points having thermal effect on the servo motor and the control part.
SOLUTION: In a motorcycle 10, an air cleaner case 192 and an engine 211 are mounted to a vehicle body frame 110, an exhaust pipe 39 is connected to the engine 211, an exhaust valve 12 controlling flow rate of the exhaust gas is provided on the exhaust pipe 39, a seat 208 is disposed on the upper part of the engine 211, and a seat cowl 29 is provided around the seat 208. Operating wires 13, 14 are disposed along the air cleaner case 192 so as to open and close the exhaust valve 39 and the servo motor 15 is disposed on the portion capable of being covered by a seat cowl 29 so as to drive the operating wires 13, 14.
