    • A rotating cylinder cement screeding system (10) having a drive assembly (20) and handle (26) at one end for powering and controlling the screeding system. The rotating cylinder (12) is made of tubular screed rollers of varying lengths allowing a user to customize the length of the system to match a specific cement pour (18) .
