    • The present invention provides an explosive method that improves on methods currently employed. The present invention provides for a safer, less expensive, and more portable explosive device. The elements of the present invention replace dynamite or similar explosives currently used in avalanche control and bore hole blasting of rock or other solids (32). The present invention comprises an apparatus (10) and a method providing a much safer alternative employing a highly confined combustion reaction of a flammable vapor, whereas dynamite is a category 1.1 high explosive imbued with all the attendant safety and security concerns. The method of the present invention provides for an improved and safer method of blasting employing a highly confined combustion reaction of a flammable vapor instead of conventional explosives currently used.

    • The system and method for quick release can include a remote release enclosure having a connection side and a trigger side, at least one cable assembly traversing through the release enclosure from the connection side to the trigger side, a trigger assembly coupled the at least one cable assembly, and a plurality of attachment assemblies coupled the other end of the at least one cable assembly. The trigger assembly can be operatively coupled to each of the plurality of attachment assemblies via the cable assemblies. The attachment assemblies can have a male portion having an inner guide post between at least two outer guide posts and a female portion. The cable assemblies can couple the male portions of the attachment assemblies to the trigger assembly such that movement of the trigger assembly can release or disengage the male portion of the attachment assembly from the female portion.

    • An electric ignition device or e-fuse comprises a single-side conducting rack, a plurality of conducting wires, and a bridge filament. The single-side conducting rack contains a plurality of parallel rods with one of their ends connected together, and one side of the parallel rods is coated with a metal conductive layer. The conducting wires are of a plurality of parallel wires that are bound by an insulating rubber coat. One end of each of conducting wires is exposed with naked metal wire. The naked metal wire ends correspond to the parallel rods of the conducting rack, and are fixed to the side of the parallel rods that is coated with the metal conductive layer. The bridge filament is press fixed between the naked metal wire ends and the parallel rods, and the explosive powder is adhered on the bridge filament.
