A score line (20) is embossed on the wallpaper between the decorative pattern (14) and the upper edge (16). 摘要： Method and apparatus are disclosed for dry wall banjo tools for applying joint tape. An example drywall banjo for applying joint tape includes a banjo body. The banjo body includes a panel and side walls protruding from outer edges of the panel to define a cavity that is configured to contain joint compound mud. The side walls include a first side wall that extends between an inlet and an outlet. The example disclosed drywall banjo also includes a sloped mound configured to couple to and project away from the first side wall within the cavity. The sloped mound is configured to guide the joint compound mud within the cavity toward the joint tape travelling between the inlet and the outlet to enable the joint compound mud to uniformly collect on a side of the joint tape.

摘要： The present invention is directed to systems and methods for automatically applying a tape, such as an adhesive, to a work-piece. According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a system and method for a robotic tape applicator that includes a computer apparatus, a tape applicator apparatus, and an apparatus for holding a work-piece in registration with the tape applicator apparatus for tape application in response to programming data from the computer apparatus. Other components, such as a tape cutting apparatus, a splicing apparatus, adhesion promoter apparatus, and/or optical system can be added to assist and enhance the tape application process.

摘要： A hand-held tool useful for a decorator, particularly whilst wallpapering, comprises a substantially flat body (1) having several retaining means (2, 20, 4, 6) formed in it for holding implements such as a pencil (P), knife (K) and spirit levels (S1, S2). A pair of spirit levels (S1, S2) are retained in retaining means (2, 20) at right angles to one another to enable horizontal and vertical lines to be found. Knife (K) is retained in a groove (6) with its blade shielded to prevent it from accidentally injuring a person. The tool has a flexible edge area (12) which tapers to a straight, ruled edge (12b). This area (12) is useful for pressing pasted paper onto a wall and for removing air-bubbles. Edge (12b), which is parallel to one spirit level (S1) and perpendicular to the other (S2), facilitates the measuring of distances between widths of wallpaper. Studs (9) are provided on a rear face of the body (1) so that the body stands proud of a surface and can thereby be more easily grasped.
