    • The invention concerns a device for manufacturing plane slabs consisting of a known device, which produces a continuous band of cement, filling materials and reinforcing fibres (8), supported on a base sheet (2) of the desired length and thickness for the slab, and lays it on a corresponding conveyor band (15) on supporting plates (16), which are driven end-to-end on a second band (15) passing under. The invention also concerns a method for manufacturing plane slabs (14) with improved surface quality.
