摘要： Изобретение относится к портативным устройствам, предназначенным для сбора мелкого мусора. Используют переносной контейнер, выполненный с возможностью вставки и фиксации в нем одноразовой посуды, например, стакана. Контейнер состоит из жесткого корпуса, имеющего верхнюю и нижнюю опрокидывающиеся с уплотнителем крышки. При этом, верхняя крышка имеет раструб, а внутренняя часть корпуса контейнера имеет конусообразную форму, где диаметр нижней внутренней части корпуса контейнера меньше диаметра верхней внутренней части, а также меньше диаметра дна одноразового стакана. При этом дно нижней части корпуса контейнера имеет отверстие, а нижняя крышка плотно закрывает отверстие на дне корпуса контейнера. Использование устройства позволяет собрать мелкий мусор в герметично закрывающуюся сменную одноразовую емкость, обеспечив ее сохранность от деформации и повреждения.

摘要： An apparatus for collecting a saliva sample is described herein. In a described embodiment, the apparatus comprises a filter; and a pressure generator operable to generate pressure to cause the saliva sample to be transferred through the filter, the filter being configured to reduce a viscosity of the saliva sample as the saliva sample is transferred through the filter. A method collecting a saliva sample from a user is also described, among other aspects. In a preferred embodiment, the pressure generator can be a compressible funnel to generate pressure to cause the saliva to be transferred through the filter. Alternative embodiments of the pressure generator include a plunger operable to generate positive and/or negative pressure or a suction device operable to generate draw air out of a collection vessel.

摘要： In order to prevent tainting of a cougher's hand with germs, the product from a cough is carried in contact with a germicide inside a hollow article, and is vented out of the hollow article, in directions away from the user's face and hand holding the article. More specifically, the cough catcher has a hollow region for accepting the product from a cough therein. This hollow region has a filter element containing a germicide mounted therein, and a series of channels formed between the filter element and a bottom surface of the hollow region. The channels communicate with vent ports around a rim portion of the cough catcher. The vent ports are oriented away from both the mouth opening and the outside surface of the cough catcher for conveying the product from a cough away from both the face and the hand of a user.
