摘要： A kit for mounting one or more appliances on a pole, the kit comprising: a carrier ring and at least one carrier arm for supporting one or more appliances. The carrier ring is divided into two semi carrier rings with respective coupling ends, such that the carrier ring can be mounted around a pole by coupling the two semi carrier rings with one another by the respective coupling ends. The coupling of the two semi carrier rings with one another causes the carrier ring to have a tapered through-hole. At least one of the semi carrier rings has one or more side arms. Each carrier arm is mountable by an end on one of the side arms of the carrier ring.

摘要： A mounting device (2) for securing an object to a post comprising a strap (10) adapted to be passed around the post and tightened. The strap (10) has a region adapted for attachment to the object (1) or a channel (4) member attached to the object (1), this attachment region comprising a tray portion (14) bounded by neck portions (16, 18) joining the tray portion to the rest of the strap (10). In the case of the strap (10) being adapted for attachment to the object (1), the tray portion (14) has an aperture through which, in use, a bolt (42) can pass into an aligned threaded aperture in a nut block (40) located on the tray portion (14). Where attachment is via a channel member (4), the channel member having a mouth restricted by inturned lips, the neck portions (16, 18) are swaged to be narrower than the tray portion (14) so they can extend through the channel mouth. Advantageously the device can have a tray with an aperture and swaged neck portions (16, 18) so the one device can be used for direct attachment to the object or for attachment via a channel member.
