    • The lock mechanism includes a housed (2) linear electromechanical actuator (4) which raises the hook bolt (9) protruding from the face plate (3) through the double-arm lever system (6) and leaves it in an open position.     • The invention relates to electronic locking or blocking devices. The inventive device comprise a body with a movable element, a power-operated locking element jointed to the body, an electromechanical unit jointed to the body and monitoring the state of the power-operated locking element with the aid of electronic circuits of a code interface and electromechanical components of the electromechanical unit, a means which is kinematically coupled to the electromechanical unit for transferring an external mechanical action to the elements of the electromechanical unit, an electric charge generator which is designed as a part of the electromechanical unit and is kinematically coupled to the means, an actuator which is designed as a part of the electromechanical unit and used for kinematically controlling the position of the power-operated locking element. Blocking and deblocking motions are carried out by means of the mechanical power consumed by a user handling the means. The generator produces the electric power sufficient for operating the electronic circuits and for triggering the actuator. The main displacement of the actuator elements is carried out by means of the kinematic link thereof with the means and by the direct use of the external mechanical power applied to said means. The invention makes it possible to save electrical energy consumed during the electronic device operation for mechanically locking or blocking.
