    • The invention disclose an insulation bag, made from an organic, flexible and moisture permeable material, usually of cellulose origin, where said bag is substantially filled with a loose fibrous material, usually of cellulose origin, and a method of insulating a structure, using one or more insulation bags where a surface of the structure to be insulated is provided with a first layer of bags arranged such that adjacent bags slightly squeezes neighbouring bags, and where any empty space is left, not covered by a bag, loose material from a further bag is arranged in said empty space, and where optionally further layers of bags are arranged on top of the first layer until a desired insulation thickness is achieved, where bags in successive layers are displaced relative to the bags in the preceding layer.

    • A spacer device is provided including (1) a body having a plurality of openings defining an openwork to allow the passage of air therethrough when placed in contact with insulation material, and (2) a plurality of spacer struts fixedly attached to the body. The struts are configured to maintain a predetermined distance between a first side of the insulation material and a building surface. The body and struts act together to define and maintain a space between the first side of the insulation matepal and the building surface, for example, for ventilation. The building surface can be the bottom face of a roof, an attic floor, wall sheathing or a soundproofed demising wall, for example. The spacer device can be capable of being transported and stored together with, or as a separate item from, the insulation matenal, and can also be stored in nested layers.

    • A sub-roof sheathing (4) is combined with two web members (5 and 6) manufactured from paper/cardboard. The entire unit may be folded into a compact, elongated package which may, if desired, be folded transversally. One web member (6) has a height of fold ridges which is lower than the height of the fold ridges of the other web member (5), and the same goes for the sub-roof sheating (4). When said package is stretched out of its folded position the sub-roof sheathing and said one web member (6) will be stretched to be substantially flat, whereas the other web member (5) will still be provided with stiffening folds. By the aid of one element a sub-roof with underlying air slots and a windscreen above the roof insulation will, thus, be formed.
