摘要： The invention relates to modular dwellings comprised of a plurality of wall members attached together to enclose an interior area, and a central truss system extending across the dwelling. A lower roof member is supported by a lower chord of the truss system and a wall member, and an upper roof member is supported by an upper chord of the truss system and a wall member. The truss system is supported at each of its ends by a vertical post. The upper part of a wall section and of the upper chord are in co-planar alignment and the lower chord and the upper part of another wall section are in co-planar alignment. The invention further provides wall panels that include an internal frame and a tongue on one side and a groove on the other side which mate with the tongues and grooves of other like panels to compress resiliently deformable seals. A portion of the frame is positioned in the internal side of the extension to support the extension and maintain it in proper alignment during construction.

摘要： Tile panel assemblies and systems of manufacturing and installing said tile panels. The tile panels of the subject invention can be used as a covering for walls, roofs, siding, etc. on a variety of structures. In one embodiment, the tiles are manufactured of a lightweight concrete having sufficient strength to withstand extreme weather and wind conditions, as well as normal handling or foot traffic required for installation and maintenance. In a further embodiment, the tiles of the subject invention comprise insulation, preferably foam, affixed thereto. The tile panels are constructed so as to present an overlapping configuration and selectively interlocking systems that provide resistance to negative pressure wind uplifting and enhanced insulation properties. Also disclosed is a tile bracket apparatus that can secure the leading edge of a tile to prevent wind-uplift.

摘要： Solar PV devices are disclosed, wherein these devices are produced as an integral part of a structural panel. The structural panel may subsequently be used in any number of ways, including being made an integral part of a building structure such as a wall or a roof or another type of barrier structure, or simply a stand-alone array or even a retrofit addition to an existing structure. In embodiments, the panel comprises a semi-monocoque structure, which can provide strength and stiffness. The core of this semi-monocoque can provide an enclosure that functions to confine the solar PV's electrical system within an electrically insulating structure that provides dual insulation and may enables a dual-insulated rating. Embodiments of the panels disclosed herein also can provide cooling air flow to provide cooling to the panel.
