    • 본 발명은 고압토출이 가능한 물이송장치에 관한 것으로, 복수의 가압배출장치를 통해 수조의 물을 고압으로 토출하여 물공급이 어려운 고층건물이나 멀리 떨어진 장소 또는 다량의 물이 필요한 공장 등에 효과적으로 물을 이송할 수 있도록 한 고압토출이 가능한 물이송장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 물이 저장되는 수조, 상기 수조 내에 복수개의 가압배출장치가 설치되며, 상기 가압배출장치는 수조내의 물이 흡입구를 통해 수용되는 저장부와, 상기 저장부에 담겨지는 물을 배출구 방향으로 배출시키는 가압부재와, 상기 가압부재가 승강 작동될 수 있도록 한 유압작동부로 이루어지고, 상기 가압배출장치의 배출구와 연결된 복수의 배출관로, 상기 복수의 배출관로와 연결되어 합류된 물이 고압으로 집수 되고 토출방향으로 갈수록 좁아지는 형태의 집수부, 상기 집수부의 좁아진 단부에 설치되어 고압수가 토출되는 토출부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    • A system and method for operating a low-yield well. The method starts with a pressure transducer telling a control box that a storage tank is low on water. The controller then activates the well pump, the water then flows up a pipe past a pressure transducer showing the back pressure, through a regulator and into the storage tank. The controller is constantly monitoring the tank level and the back-pressure level to indicate when to turn off the well to either stop from over filling the storage tank, or over pumping the well. The controller makes adjustments dependent on the back pressure (which indicates the level of water left in the well) and determines how long to withdraw water and how long to wait until the water can be withdrawn again. The system prevents pumping the well dry, and keeps the pump and well in good operating condition.

The assembly comprises a pressure maintenance valve having an inlet side and an outlet side, a pressure tank in fluidic communication with the outlet side, and a calibrated bypass. When the valve is closed, the calibrated bypass provides fluidic communication between the inlet side and the outlet side. The size of the calibrated bypass and the pressure tank are adapted and constructed to permit a flow rate between the inlet side and the outlet side that will fill the pressure tank in an time interval less than twice the time required to pump a volume of water that will dissipate heat generated by the pump when it is turned on.
