    • A monitoring and control system having a power input, a power output and a switching unit electrically connected between the power input and the power output. The switching unit has a default on position in which a current path is provided from the power input to the power output and an off position in which no current path is provided. The system includes a power consumption detector configured to detect consumption of power from the power output. In use a timing unit records the time over which the power consumption detector detects power as being consumed from the power output. If a predetermined period of time passes and power is still being consumed a controller switches the switching unit from the default on position to the off position, thereby stopping the flow of current from the power input to the power output.

    • An air pressure difference type energy saving water pumping device mainly includes: a water tower (1) provided with an electrogeneration equipment (14) and a civil use water pipe (18); an air pressure difference pump (2) which is divided into a left cylinder (20), a right cylinder (20) and their correlating components; a group of water pumping pipes (3) as the connection for the water cycle between the air pressure difference pump (2) and the water tower (1); a water storage tank (4) for supplying water to the left and right cylinders (20); a compressed air supplying controller (5) which can control suction/exhaust of the compressed air in order to drive the air pressure difference pump (2) ; left and right air intake pipes (25) for introducing the compressed air into left and right equivalent diameter collapsible cylinder tubes (230) in order to drive the pistons (200) of the left and right cylinders alternate in turn to pump water, then the water in the air pressure difference pump (2) can be pumped into the water tower (1). Thereby the device can be applied to water replenishment automatic control needed by hydraulic electrogeneration or water supply system.
