The pile layer has a pile weight and is comprised of a bulked continuous filament (BCF) yarn comprised of a predetermined number of filaments that are of a predetermined diameter. The BCF yarn is consisting of a polypropylene (PP) yarn with a tenacity between 2.6 cN/dtex (centinewton per decitex) and 3.2 cN/dtex at an elongation of 50 % to 70%, or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a tenacity between 2.6 cN/dtex to 3.4 cN/dtex at an elongation of 20 % to 40%.

摘要： An artificial turf is formed of grass fibers (1), a grass bottom (2) and a rear glue layer (3). The grass fibers (1) and the grass bottom (2) are both made of polyethylene, polypropylene and/or Polyamide, and the rear glue layer (3) is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion with filler and antioxidants, etc. Making the rear glue composite into paste and coating it on the rear of the grass bottom set with grass fibers produces the artificial turf.

摘要： A textile article such as a floor covering or carpet is disclosed. In one embodiment, a floor covering is provided with a composition applied to the surface of the floor covering. The composition resists staining and dry soiling, and provides liquid repellency and stain release properties. The composition may employ a repellent component, a stain resist component, a stain release, and a particulate component. The composition may be applied to fibrous-containing textiles, such as carpeting. A method of applying the composition to a textile is disclosed. The repellent component may employ a fluorochemical, such as a fluorocarbon. The repellent may be acrylic-based or urethane-based, as two representative examples. The composition is adapted for imparting to a textile a chemical finish that will resist moisture, release stains, and resist dry soiling.

The thread is then heated above a temperature sufficient to melt the low melt fiber. The thread is tufted in a carpet backing to form a tufted carpet. The textile coverings preferably have the backstitches (14) of tufts and portions of the primary backing forming an exposed surface which, together with the exposed margin of the strips (50), form an aesthetically pleasing surface treatment.

摘要： A floor covering includes a primary backing having yarns tufted through the primary backing forming wear surface portions comprised of the back stitches of the tufted yarns in conjunction with non-tufted areas of the primary backing, also forming exposed wear surfaces. Both exposed wear surfaces portions form an aesthetic design pattern whereby a low, dense broadloom or modular carpet is provided at reduced materials and costs. Preferably, the primary backing is comprised of a woven polypropylene and a secondary backing is provided with the cut or loop yarns on the back side of the primary backing being fixed in place by a resin. A secondary backing formed of a composition of EVA, calcium carbonate and resin, overlaid by a woven scrim, is provided. The secondary backing may be formed of a needle-bonded synthetic fiber. Additionally, the primary backing may be formed of a non-woven material such as nylon and polyester.

In one embodiment of the floor covering (10), it has an upper or top tufted carpeting layer (16) that includes a primary substrate (26) and tufts (32, 34) of yarn (36) extending above the primary substrate (26). A composite secondary backing (15) is located below the primary substrate (26) and is bonded to the carpeting layer (16) by adhesive layer (38). A breathable polymeric film (12) which is liquid-impermeable and vapor-permeable is located below and bonded to a secondary substrate (18) by adhesive layer (23). A method of manufacturing the floor covering (10) includes adhesively bonding an upper surface (14) of a microporous, liquid impermeable, vapor permeable film (12) to a lower surface (22) of a secondary substrate (18), thereby forming a composite secondary backing (15); and then bonding an upper surface (20) of the composite secondary backing (15) to the lower surface (30) of a primary substrate (26) with a hot melt adhesive (38).
