摘要： A solid paste that can be applied with a trowel to form regularly spaced striae, comprising an adhesive-type elastomeric resin forming 50-70 % of the volume of the paste, 30-90 mesh rubber granules forming approximately 30-50 % of the volume, all of which is mixed with air to produce a foam. The adhesive is water-based. The rubber granules come from recycled tyres that are shredded into granules and ground. The method of application comprises the following steps: take a container with a base of elastomeric resin superposed on rubber granules in a suspension in the air, insert a mechanical mixer and agitate for two to five minutes in order to form a homogeneous emulsion containing air, rubber and resin, apply the product to a hard surface using an adhesive comb in order to form said striae and wedge tiles on top of the striae. The teeth of the adhesive comb are à wide and 3/8 high for ceramic tiles and à wide and à high for wood laths.

摘要： 본 발명은 재생고무를 이용한 비가황계 점착방수재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 재생고무를 연화제, 점착부여제, 충진제, SBS 수지, PVA 감압점착제 등에 첨가 후 기계식 강제 믹서를 통해 점착력이 우수한 물질로 조성 한후 아스팔트 시트, HDPE 시트, 부직포, PE 폼 등에 사용용도에 따라 도포하여 방수 시트로 조성하기 위한 재생고무를 이용한 비가황계 점착방수재 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 18∼28% 중량부의 재생고무(EPDM계, NR계)와, 6∼15% 중량부의 연화제(파라핀유, 아로마유)와, 14∼24%중량부의 점착부여제(폴리부덴, PVA계 점착부여제)와, 40∼60%중량부의 충진제(탈크, 중탄산칼슘, 시멘트)와, 2∼6%중량부의 SBS 계열의 열가소성 수지를 기계식으로 강제 믹싱한다.

摘要： A pavement repair system is provided utilizing solid phase auto regenerative cohesion and homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization technologies. The system is suitable for use in repairing asphalt pavement, including pavement exhibiting a high degree of deterioration (as manifested in the presence of potholes, cracks, ruts, or the like) as well as pavement that has been subject to previous repair and may comprise a substantial amount of dirt and other debris (e.g., chipped road paint or other damaged or disturbed surfacing materials). A system utilizing homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization is suitable for rejuvenating or repairing aged asphalt, thereby improving properties of the paving material.
