    • 一般式(1)で表されるピラゾール類に、塩基及びホルムアルデヒドの存在下、一般式(2)で表される硫黄化合物を反応させることにより、一般式(3)で表される5−ヒドロキシ−4−チオメチルピラゾール化合物を製造する。この方法によれば、5−ヒドロキシ−4−チオメチルピラゾール化合物を簡便に、且つ収率良く製造することができる。また、特殊な装置や高価な触媒、遷移金属等を用いず、簡便かつ穏やかに、単一工程で収率よく5−ヒドロキシ−4−チオメチルピラゾール化合物を製造でき、且つ、触媒等に由来する有害廃棄物も実質的に生成しないため、環境にも優しく、工業的利用価値が高い。
    • 由通式(1)表示的吡唑化合物与通式(2)表示的硫化合物在碱和甲醛的存在下反应,得到通式(1)表示的5-羟基-4-硫代甲基吡唑化合物 3)。 因此,可以容易且有效地制备5-羟基-4-硫代甲基吡唑化合物。 该方法使得5-羟基-4-硫代甲基吡唑化合物能够在温和条件下通过单一步骤容易地以高产率生产,而不需要使用任何特殊的装置,昂贵的催化剂,过渡金属等。它对环境友好,因为 它基本上不产生从催化剂衍生的有害废物等。该方法的工业用途是非常有价值的。
