    • The present invention relates to a mobile road repair vehicle with an asphalt concrete heat insulation function, which contains asphalt concrete produced from an asphalt concrete producing apparatus in a load unit thereof, and keeps the temperature of the asphalt concrete constant until the asphalt concrete is released on the road surface to be repaired. Said load unit includes a containing portion in which the asphalt concrete produced from the asphalt concrete producing apparatus is accommodated, an automatic lid portion for opening/closing the top of the containing portion, a screw arranged along the front-to-back direction at the bottom of the containing portion to release the asphalt concrete to the outside, a driving portion arranged in front of the containing portion to drive the screw, a discharge portion arranged in rear of the containing portion to guide the discharge of the asphalt concrete by the operation of the screw, flow channels formed between inner and outer surfaces of the containing portion and the automatic lid portion, respectively, and a heating portion communicating with the flow channels, and arranged outside the containing portion to generate hot air. According to the present invention, heat is indirectly transferred to the containing portion which contains the asphalt concrete to prevent sticky substances in the asphalt concrete from being discharged to the outside.

The combination of varying the opening height and degree of tilt of the flow control gate ensures material is discharged evenly and controllably across the width of the vehicle bed.
