摘要： The present invention relates to a mobile road repair vehicle with an asphalt concrete heat insulation function, which contains asphalt concrete produced from an asphalt concrete producing apparatus in a load unit thereof, and keeps the temperature of the asphalt concrete constant until the asphalt concrete is released on the road surface to be repaired. Said load unit includes a containing portion in which the asphalt concrete produced from the asphalt concrete producing apparatus is accommodated, an automatic lid portion for opening/closing the top of the containing portion, a screw arranged along the front-to-back direction at the bottom of the containing portion to release the asphalt concrete to the outside, a driving portion arranged in front of the containing portion to drive the screw, a discharge portion arranged in rear of the containing portion to guide the discharge of the asphalt concrete by the operation of the screw, flow channels formed between inner and outer surfaces of the containing portion and the automatic lid portion, respectively, and a heating portion communicating with the flow channels, and arranged outside the containing portion to generate hot air. According to the present invention, heat is indirectly transferred to the containing portion which contains the asphalt concrete to prevent sticky substances in the asphalt concrete from being discharged to the outside.

The customized TMR feed vehicle comprises a carrying box into which demanded raw materials of the TMR feed are charged and loaded; a mixing means installed across the inside of the carrying box; an engine-hydraulic type power generating device for generating the power to be applied to the mixing means; and a vehicle on which the carrying box and the engine- hydraulic type power generating device are installed; whereby the raw materials of the TMR feed charged and loaded in the carrying box are transported while being mixed and converted into the TMR feed by the mixing action of the mixing means, when the dynamic power generated from the engine-hydraulic type power generating device is applied into the mixing means during the driving of the vehicle.

The nature of an auger is to preferentially pick up material from one end remote from that at which material is discharged and so the flow control gate is tilted to expose less of the auger to the material at that end. The combination of varying the opening height and degree of tilt of the flow control gate ensures material is discharged evenly and controllably across the width of the vehicle bed.

The agricultural wagon is used to receive, store, and transport a particulate material, such as grain. An electromechanical control system senses PTO speed and/or torque and flow gate position. Feedback from each sensor allows automatic control of the flow gate position via an electrohydraulic valve. The control system is configurable to allow the operator to make adjustments to suit his operating style and the parameters of his tractor. Maximum gate open position and Minimum auger speed are two basic settings that can be utilized. Additionally, a deceleration sensitivity setting would adjust the response of the gate closing when PTO load is high. This could be set by the operator or automatically.
