摘要： Formwerkzeug zur Herstellung oberflächenstrukturierter Bau- teile aus einem keramischen Faserverbundwerkstoff und Verfah- ren zu dessen Herstellung sowie Bauteil aus einem keramischen Faserverbundwerkstoff Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formwerkzeugs mit einer strukturierten Oberfläche, ein Form- werkzeug zur Herstellung oberflächenstrukturierter Bauteile aus einem keramischen Faserverbundwerkstoff, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung oberflächenstrukturierter Bauteile aus einem keramischen Faserverbundwerkstoff sowie ein Bauteil aus einem keramischen Faserverbundwerkstoff aufweisend eine Oberfläche mit einer Strukturierung. Um die Oberfläche von Bauteilen aus einem keramischen Faser- verbundwerkstoff einfach und kostengünstig sowie möglichst gleichmäßig modifizieren zu können, wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formwerkzeugs mit einer strukturierten Oberfläche vorgeschlagen, das das Bereitstellen eines Form- werkzeugs mit einer Oberfläche und das Bestrahlen der Ober- fläche in einem Bestrahlungsbereich mittels eines Pulslasers aufweist, wobei das Bestrahlen derart erfolgt, dass die Ober- fläche teilweise unter Ausbildung der strukturierten Oberflä- che abgetragen wird. Ein entsprechendes Formwerkzeug zur Herstellung oberflächen- strukturierter Bauteile aus einem keramischen Faserverbund- werkstoff weist eine Oberfläche mit einer komplementär zur zu erzeugenden Oberflächenstruktur des Bauteils ausgebildeten Strukturierung auf.

摘要： Molds and processes that permit high-speed, mass production of retaining wall blocks having patterned or other processed front faces, as well as retaining wall blocks formed by such processes. The invention permits the front face of the block to be impressed with a pattern or otherwise directly processed, to allow the formation of pre-determined block front faces, while at the same time facilitating high-speed, high-volume production of blocks. A mirror image of the desired pattern can be created on a stripper shoe by selecting a desired three-dimensional surface from a naturally occurring or man made object and digitally scanning the selected three-dimensional pattern to create scanned data. The scanned data can then be used to machine a face of the stripper shoe that is the mirror image of the selected pattern.

In besonders vorteilhafter Ausführung kann durch Anschlagsbegrenzung der Verformung der elastisch verformbaren Dämpfungselemente (EV, DE) ein zusätzlicher Schlageffekt auf die Oberseite der Betonformsteine während deren Verdichtung ausgeübt werden.
