摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Extraktionsverfahren zur Durchführung in einer Zentrifugenanordnung, umfassend eine Zentrifuge (Z, Z1, Z2) mit einer um eine Trommelachse (T) drehbar angeordnete Zentrifugentrommel (2), die sich mit einem Trommelmantel (21) von einer Einlassöffnung (22) zu einer Auslassöffnung (23) entlang der Trommelachse (T) erstreckt, wobei an einer inneren Umfangsfläche (24) des Trommlemantels (21) ein Trommelsieb (3) vorgesehen ist, in welchem ein Ausstosselement (4) angeordnet ist, das eine Fördereinrichtung (41) mit einer Förderöffnung (42) umfasst, wobei der Zentrifugentrommel (2) im Betriebszustand über die Einlassöffnung (22) ein Gemisch (G) zugeführt wird, und die Zentrifugentrommel (2) derart um die Trommelachse (T) rotiert wird, dass auf einer Innenseite des Trommelsiebs (3) das unter einem durch die Rotation erzeugten Trommeldruck (P) stehende Gemisch (G) abgesetzt wird, und das Gemisch (G) ein ligninhaltiges Gemisch (G) ist, welches auf eine Starttemperatur von 100-400 Grad Celsius erhitzt wird, und mittels der Fördereinrichtung (41) in einem Extraktionsschritt (ES, ES1, ES2) ein Extraktionsfluid (E) in Form von heissem Wasser bei einem Extraktionsdruck von 1-150 bar und einer Extraktionstemperatur von 100- 400°C derart in die Zentrifugentrommel (2) zugeführt und derart über die Förderöffnung (42) aus der Fördereinrichtung (41) in die Zentrifugentrommel (2) auf das auf der Innenseite des Trommelsiebs (3) abgesetzte Gemisch (G) aufgebracht wird, dass mittels des Extraktionsfluids (E) Lignin und Hemicellulose aus dem Gemisch (G) extrahiert werden.

摘要： Disclosed is a process for the preparation of a urea product suitable for being diluted with water so as to form an aqueous urea comprising solution for use in a unit for the reduction of NOx in combustion engine exhaust gases, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) or to be used in De NOx systems of exhaust vapor from industrial furnaces. The process comprises obtaining an aqueous urea solution from or after a recovery section in a urea production process. This solution, which has a low content of impurities, is subjected to flash crystallization at a low pressure, so as to obtain a solid crystallized urea containing product, which is a free-flowing powder containing less than 0.2 wt.% water. This product is packaged under conditions such that the water content in the packaged product is maintained below 0.2 wt.%. The invention can also be used in a method of increasing the capacity of an existing urea plant.

摘要： Devices and methods are described for measuring formed blood component sedimentation rate. Some of the methods may use (1) centrifugal techniques for separating red blood cells from plasma and (2) video and/or still imaging capability. Both may be used alone or in combination to accelerate formed blood component sedimentation and to measure its rate. In one example, the method may advantageously enable rapid measurement of sedimentation rate using small blood sample volumes. Automated image analysis can be used to determine both sedimentation rate and hematocrit. Automated techniques may be used to compensate for effects of hematocrit on uncorrected sedimentation rate data.
