摘要： A multi-sport athletic training device is provided, which is comprised of an elongate hollow container and a packing material. The elongate hollow container has a first end and a second end and is made of a flexible material. The first and second ends are closed to maintain the packing material within the elongate hollow container. The elongate hollow container is at least partially filled with the packing material such that the elongate hollow container absorbs impact and provides resistance. In exemplary embodiments, the packing material is sand. Exemplary embodiments of an athletic training device may further comprise a first clamp assembly closing the first end of the container and a second clamp assembly closing the second end of the container or two steel plates closing the first or second end of the container. Methods of manufacturing an athletic training device are also provided. A stand assembly for mounting an athletic training device is also provided.

摘要： This disclosure describes a gripping aid to improve the hand-to-handle interface. The gripping aid increases the grip span of a user by bridging the anatomical gaps in the user's finger and thumb. The gripping aid provide a structure along the thumb web to oppose the gripping force of the fingers/thumb to increase grip strength. In some implementations, the gripping aid may be composed of a crush resistant and further include a fulcrum point to add instability to increase the speed and/or torque of each swing of a handle. In some implementations, the gripping aid may also provide a reduction in vibrations and superficial hand traumas normally caused when the handle strikes an object.

摘要： This invention relates to a baseball swing plane training device. More specifically, this invention relates to a swing plane guide stand preferably comprising a tee stand and upper and lower guides through which a bat may be swung on a plane. A player swings a bat on a swing plane that extends between oppositely facing lower and upper guiding surfaces toward a ball. If the player's swing is deviant and not on plane, the bat will contact at least one of the guiding surfaces to effectively correct the swing path and direct the player's bat to a desired plane for contact with the ball. In this way, the player may use the guide stand as a training device for achievement of a proper swing plane through repetition and muscle memory.
