摘要： An intraluminal ultrasound imaging device includes a flexible elongate member configured to be inserted into a body lumen of a patient, the flexible elongate member comprising a proximal portion and a distal portion. The device includes an ultrasound scanner assembly disposed at the distal portion of the flexible elongate member. The ultrasound scanner assembly comprises a flexible substrate comprising a longitudinal width extending from an inner edge to an outer edge; a control region embedded in the flexible substrate; and a transducer region embedded in the flexible substrate, wherein the flexible substrate further comprises a support region extending from the inner edge toward the control region, and wherein the transducer region, the control region, and the support region are radially arranged relative to one another. Associated devices, systems, and methods are also described.

The device includes a flexible elongate member configured to be inserted into a lumen of a patient, the flexible elongate member comprising a proximal portion and a distal portion. The device includes an ultrasound imaging assembly disposed at the distal portion and configured to obtain ultrasound imaging data while positioned within the lumen of the patient. The device includes a tip member disposed at the distal portion of the flexible elongate member, the tip member comprising a cavity adjacent to the ultrasound imaging assembly and configured to be filled with an adhesive to couple the tip member and the ultrasound imaging assembly. The tip member can include first material and a second material. The tip member can include linear outer diameter and varying wall thickness, and/or a varying outer diameter and a constant wall thickness.

摘要： Devices, systems, and methods for pulse wave velocity determination are disclosed. The apparatus includes an intravascular device that can be positioned within a renal artery. The intravascular device includes a flexible elongate member having a proximal portion and a distal portion. A pressure sensor can be coupled to the distal portion of the flexible elongate member. The pressure sensor can monitor a pressure within the renal artery. At least one imaging element can be coupled to the distal portion of the flexible elongate member. The imaging element can monitor a cross-sectional area of the renal artery. A processing system in communication with the intravascular device can control the monitoring of the pressure within the renal artery and the cross-sectional area of the renal artery. The processor can receive pressure data and cross-sectional area data and determine a pulse wave velocity of fluid within the renal artery.

摘要： The present invention relates to devices and methods for measuring vascular deficiency using Doppler ultrasound detection. Embodiments can be used to monitor the condition of surgical tissue flaps or other conditions in which obstruction in the vascular system can impact patient health. The systems can include a Doppler ultrasound probe, a color probe, a temperature probe, and/or other suitable probes to measure blood volume and perfusion status of a tissue region. The systems and methods can be used to monitor flaps after flap transplant surgeries. The systems and methods can automatedly assess tissue condition and alert the patient or medical staff if the condition has fallen below a threshold indicating occlusion of a blood vessel. One or more additional sensors can be integrated into a probe to measure vascular conditions and a metric can be computed based on sensed data.
