    • There is proposed a neck support (20) for use with a bed pillow (10) having an edge region (16). The support (20) comprises an elongate spine and a pair of spaced-apart wings. The wings extend laterally outwardly from the spine in spaced-apart relation to one another so as to define a recess therebetween, the recess having a tapered profile in transverse cross-section which narrows towards a vertex (49) of the recess adjacent the spine, and thus being configured to receive and engage the edge region (16) of a said pillow (10). In some embodiments, in transverse cross-section the thickness of said spine in the region of said vertex (49) is equal to or less than the maximum thickness of at least one of said wings. In some embodiments the pair of spaced-apart wings includes a major wing and a minor wing, the major wing extending further outwardly from said spine than the minor wing and being configured to cover and engage at least a majority of one of said opposed pillow surfaces when the edge region of the pillow (10) is received and engaged in said recess.

    • A device to be worn on a user's head is provided for promoting back sleeping. The device includes first and second stabilizers that have a head engaging surface and a bulge portion that extends outwardly from the head engaging surface, such as in the shape of a triangular prism. The first and second stabilizers are supported by a connecting member, such as a band that is worn around the user's head. When in use, the user is able to lie on his or her back on a sleep surface, such that the first and second stabilizers are positioned on opposite sides of the user's head. In this way, lateral movement of the user's head is limited to encourage back sleeping and avoid or minimize the pressure that may otherwise be applied to certain areas of the face, such that the occurrence of sleep wrinkles can be reduced.

    • According to this invention, custom-made pillow with height control, it can support cervical vertebral line closely based on height of user's cervical vertebral by controlling type and amount of inserts in the pillow body, and can hold inserts moving either side of the pillow so that laryngeal region is naturally fixed and cervical vertebral is naturally supported leading comfortable sleeping environment.     • The invention relates to an orthopedic pillow which adapts itself better to the body. The aim of the invention is to provide a pillow which is both comfortable and supports the body in any position. To this end, a form-cut, preferably reticulated, viscoelastic foam which itself adapts well to the body is used. The pillow is raised in the neck area and adapting sections are cut into the raised part in the shapes of slats, cylinders or similar. These sections can then be completely or partially removed or replaced with softer or harder or larger sections. As a result, the pillow is more adaptable. According to another method for producing the pillow in claim 3, fig.2, the pillow consists of a foam core which is covered with a layer of a soft, preferably also reticulated foam with raised fibres, in such a way as to improve the exchange of air and heat. The head rest part of the pillow according to claim 2 can be cut in accordance with claim 7 so that it bends more easily and adapts better to the body in a side position.
