摘要： The invention relates to an assembly for a differential unit of a vehicle, the assembly comprising: - a first housing portion (20a) designed to be assembled with a second housing portion for forming a differential carrier housing; - a first and a second supporting devices (30, 301, 302), each comprising a main portion (33) having substantially the shape of a ring and a base portion (31 ) attached to the first housing portion (20a) so that the main portions (33) of the first and second supporting devices (30) are substantially coaxial along a longitudinal direction (X), the first and second supporting devices being configured to support, in use, a system comprising a crown wheel (22) and a differential housing (24) containing a differential, the system having two end portions each including a bearing which has an inner ring (51) mounted on the differential housing (24), an outer ring configured to be mounted in the main portion (33) of one of the supporting devices (30), and rolling elements. The first housing portion (20a), the first supporting device (301 ) and the second supporting device (302) are made as a single piece. Moreover, the main portion (33) of at least one supporting device (30) comprises a notch (40) for inserting at least part of a corresponding end portion of the system (100), the notch (40) opening : - in a radial direction (Y), which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (X); - and in the longitudinal direction (X), towards the opposite supporting device (30).

The supporting device further comprises a collector (35) capable of collecting lubricant projected inside the housing (20) by at least one rotating part (22), in use, the collector (35) comprising an outlet port (38) for allowing lubricant to flow towards the longitudinal axis (23).

摘要： The invention relates to a an assembly designed to be mounted at an end portion of an axle of a vehicle, the axle comprising a differential carrier housing which contains a differential and two drive shafts (11) each having one end connected to the differential and a second end capable of being connected to a wheel of the vehicle. The assembly has an axis (31) which corresponds to the axle axis, in the mounted position, and comprises: a cover (32) designed to be mounted at the end portion of the axle and to be fastened to a wheel hub; a stop (50) fastened to the cover (32) so as to face and contact one end face (13, 13') of a drive shaft (11) in the mounted position, the stop (50) being elastically compressible in the axial direction. The stop (50) comprises: a first part (51) having a first cross-section S1, the first part being dimensioned to absorb in compression axial movements of the drive shaft (11); a second part (53) having a second cross-section S2 smaller than the first cross- section S1, the second part being designed to provide a substantially point contact with the drive shaft end face.
