摘要： An exhaust treatment system includes a soot blower located directly upstream from an exhaust treatment component. The soot blower includes a hollow first spray rod having a semi-circularly shaped portion terminating at a closed end as well as spray nozzles mounted on the semi-circularly shaped portion. The soot blower includes a hollow second spray rod having a semi- circularly shaped portion terminating at a closed end as well as spray nozzles mounted on its semi-circularly shaped portion. A source of compressed gas is provided to the soot blower to inject air through the nozzles toward the exhaust treatment component to disperse particulate matter and soot at the exhaust treatment component.

The housing may include a first inlet (236) configured to receive a reductant from a tank (210), a second inlet (252) configured to receive a gas from a gas compressor (13), and an outlet (262) through which the gas and the reductant exit the housing. The gas flow path may extend between and fluidly communicate with the second inlet and the outlet. The reductant flow path may extend between and fluidly communicate with the first inlet and the outlet. The pump may be at least partially disposed within the housing and may include a motor in a heat transfer relationship with gas flowing through the gas flow path.

摘要： An exhaust treatment fluid delivery system (16, 22, 116) may include a supply passageway (46, 146), a supply manifold (38, 138), injectors (42, 142), a bypass passageway (50, 150) and first and second pressure sensors (34, 134, 40, 140). The supply passageway (46, 146) receives the exhaust treatment fluid from a tank (26, 126) and provides the exhaust treatment fluid to the supply manifold (38, 138). The bypass passageway (50, 150) connects the supply passageway (46, 146) with the return passageway (48, 148) and includes a bypass valve (36, 136) controlling fluid flow therebetween. The first pressure sensor (34, 134) measures a first pressure of exhaust treatment fluid in the supply passageway (46, 146) based upon which the bypass valve (36, 136) is controlled. The second pressure sensor (40, 140) measures a second pressure of exhaust treatment fluid in the supply manifold (38, 138) based upon which the injectors (42, 142) are controlled.

摘要： An exhaust treatment system may include gas, reductant and water conduits, a nozzle and a pump. The gas conduit may be in fluid communication with a source of compressed gas and may include a first valve controlling a flow of compressed gas through the gas conduit. The water conduit may be in fluid communication with a water source and may include a second valve controlling a flow of water through the water conduit. The nozzle may be in fluid communication with the gas, reductant and water conduits. The pump may be disposed between the nozzle and the second valve and may be in fluid communication with the reductant and water conduits. The pump may be operable in a first pumping direction to pump reductant from the reductant source to the nozzle and in a second pumping direction to pump reductant away from the nozzle and toward the reductant source.
