    • The invention relates to a method and data collecting arrangement for collecting data about an electric power supply location.     • One method by a network operations center node controls collection of information from electronic devices. A request message is received from a sensor, which requests collection of information from electronic devices within range of the sensor.     • Methods and devices for maintaining a device-operated function. A first device (200) initially operates (2:1) as an active master with responsibility to execute the device-operated function by automatically performing one or more operation tasks according to certain operational parameters and gaining knowledge when performing the operation tasks.
