摘要： Provided is a skateboard having a transparent or translucent deck, elongated along a longitudinal axis, and having top and bottom surfaces. First and second wheel assemblies are respectively attached to the bottom front and bottom rear portions of the board. Each wheel assembly comprises a truck and two wheels. Each wheel is associated with an axle and has (i) a rotational axis aligned with the wheel axle, (ii) a transparent or translucent wheel covering having a surface conforming to a mathematical surface defined by revolving a continuous, smooth curve about the axis, and (iii) a wheel interior defined by the rotational axis and the wheel covering. This interior houses a generator electrically coupled to light emitting devices. The light emitting devices emit light when the generators generate electricity, thereby illuminating a graphic on the deck in a manner visible from the top surface of the deck through the deck.
