摘要： The invention relates to a method, system and apparatus for processing, trimming and grading of products such as fish fillets in one process. Objects are transported to a workstation on an in-feeding conveyor belt, where objects are processed and weighted on static scales. The objects are ejected from the scales to defined areas on the collecting conveyor and these areas are defined such that an area exists for each object category and/or weight categories within each object category. The collecting conveyor may operate jointly with a grading unit allowing the objects to be graded directly from the defined areas on a collecting conveyor. The method of the present invention allows for grading of one or more object categories in one process.

摘要： The present invention provides an automatic method and apparatus for weighing into portions. Feeding of single units is performed by separating the feeding channels for rough feeding and fine feeding so that the feeding up to the weighing station is separated. When weighed portions are too large compared to a predetermined value, the apparatus rejects the portions and returns them back to the feeding stream. By separating the stream of units into fine weighing and rough weighing, with a rejection of unsatisfied portions, the portions ccan accurately be weighed with high performance with apparatus that is both inexpensive and space saving.

摘要： The present invention relates to a chamber and a method for continuous thermal processing of products being conveyed through the chamber. The thermal processing could be quick-freezing of fish or similar food items. The invention relates more specifically to a device and a method for processing the food items by means of thermal convection directly from a conveyor belt combined with thermal convection from an additional thermal source such as from the surrounding air. The combination of thermal induction provides a good performance e.g. for freezing products fast. The invention further relates to a conveyer belt for form stabilising the food items during the thermal process.
