摘要： The present invention relates to a motion vector encoding/decoding method and apparatus using a motion vector resolution combination, and to an image encoding/decoding method and apparatus using same. The motion vector encoding apparatus of the present invention comprises a motion information encoder which calculates, for each combination of a plurality of motion vector resolutions containing at least one motion vector resolution, the encoding costs on the basis of the motion vector resolutions, selects one combination of motion vector resolutions using the encoding costs calculated for each combination of motion vector resolutions, and outputs motion vector encoded data in which a motion vector is encoded, determined in accordance with the selected combination of motion vector resolutions. According to the present invention, the efficient combination of motion vector resolutions is adaptively selected, and motion vectors are determined on the basis of the selected combination and encoded, thereby improving compression efficiency.

摘要： One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and apparatus for motion vector encoding/decoding using a motion vector resolution limitation, and to an image encoding/decoding method and apparatus using same.
