    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a golf ball, in particular, to a method for manufacturing a golf ball having a multilayer structure. The method for manufacturing a golf ball having a multilayer structure according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a golf ball having a multilayer structure using: an upper mold and a lower mold equipped with a plurality of hemispherical cavities; and a molding device which enters/exits between the upper mold and the lower mold, and having a middle mold equipped with a plurality of hemispherical protrusions having smaller diameters than the cavities, on the upper surface and the lower surface so as to correspond to the cavities, and comprises the steps of: (a) placing a monomer for forming an external layer on each of the upper surface protrusions of the middle mold and each of the cavities of the lower mold, in a state where the upper mold and the lower mold are separated at a predetermined distance, and the middle mold is placed therebetween; (b) forming a half-bridging cup-shaped external layer pair inside the space formed between the protrusions and the cavities by placing the upper surface and the lower surface protrusions of the middle mold, inside of each of the corresponding cavities of the upper mold and the lower mold; (c) separating the upper mold and the lower mold while the half-bridging cup-shaped external layer is attached inside the cavities; (d) transferring to outside the middle mold; (e) placing inside the cavities of the lower mold, a previously molded spherical inner layer; and (f) bridging the cup-shaped external layer pair and the spherical inner layer by bringing together the upper mold and the lower mold.

    • The present invention relates to a use of Hades as a tumor suppressor target, and more specifically, to a composition for suppressing tumors, containing as an active ingredient an inhibitor for the expression or action of a Hades protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. The present inventors identified that overexpressed Hades interacts with p53, thereby inhibiting the exonuclear mechanism of p53 and consequently inhibiting the tumor suppressing function of p53, and that the knockdown of Hades increases the expression of p53, and thus first discovered that Hades is a negative regulator of p53. Therefore, if the function of Hades overexpressed in tumor cells is suppressed, the tumor suppressing function of p53 will effectively occur. That is, it is considered that it is possible to develop a suppressor for regulating the expression of a Hades protein or suppressing the action of Hades, and it is also possible to derive drug leads for inhibiting the interaction of Hades and p53 and use the same as an anticancer drug.
