    • The invention relates to a dry binder pre-mix containing by weight percent: Portland clinker in the form of grains having a Dv97 varying between 10 and 30 μm or having a Blaine specific surface area greater than or equal to 5300 cm 2 /g, preferably greater than or equal to 5500 cm 2 /g, the minimum quantity of said clinker by weight percent being determined using formula (I) for a clinker having a Dv97 varying between 10 and 30 μm or using formula (II) for a clinker having a Blaine specific surface area greater than or equal to 5300 cm 2 /g, i.e. [26 x ln(Dv97 k )] - 43 (Formula (I)), wherein Dv97 k is the Dv97 of the clinker expressed in μm, and [-6.10 -3 X SSB k ] + 75 (Formula (II)), wherein SSB k is the Blaine specific surface area of the clinker expressed in cm 2 /g; - slag, the minimum quantity of said slag by weight percent being determined using formula (III) in the case of a mix with a clinker having a Dv97 varying between 10 and 30 μm or using formula (IV) in the case of a mix with a clinker having a Blaine specific surface area greater than or equal to 5300 cm 2 /g, i.e. [1000 ÷ SSB L ] x [(-90 x ln(Dv97 k )) + 310] (Formula (III)), wherein Dv97 k is the Dv97 of the clinker expressed in μm and SSB L is the Blaine specific surface area of the slag expressed in cm 2 /g, and [1000 + SSB L ] x [(0.021 x SSB k ) - 103] (Formula (IV)), wherein SSB k and SSB L are respectively the Blaine specific surface area of the clinker and the slag expressed in cm 2 /g; the total clinker quantity in the binder pre-mix being strictly lower than 60 %. The invention also relates to a dry binder pre-mix obtained by mixing said dry binder pre-mix with aggregates, as well as to a wet concrete obtained by means of mixing with water.
