When the elastic structure (2) is sufficiently stretched, the hook devices (5) can be inserted into the therewith widened openings (6), wherein subsequent contraction of the elastic structure (2) will cause the first and the second elements (1, 4) to be joined together with the opening (6) surrounding the hook device (5).
