    • A method and apparatus for controlling inter-PLMN handover based on CSG lists of equivalent PLMNs is provided. A method for receiving subscriber information of a terminal at a Mobility Management Entity (MME) includes transmitting an update location request message for the terminal to a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), and receiving an update location acknowledgement message with the subscriber information of the terminal from the HSS, wherein the update location request message comprises a list of equivalent Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) among which the MME supports inter-PLMN handover of the terminal. The method and apparatus for controlling inter-plan handover to a CSG cell according to the present invention is characterized in that a control apparatus of a core network acquires the allowed CSG lists for determining a User Equipments (UEs) capability of access to a CSG cell and determines whether to permit inter-PLMN handover based on the allowed CSG lists.

    • The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting contents in a mobile communication network. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for receiving the contents of user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system equipped with a local server which is connected to a base station (eNB) and copies partial contents of an external content server and maintains the copied contents, can include: a content determination step of determining whether the selected contents are the contents provided from the local server when a content selection input is received; a request transmission step of transmitting a content transmission request message to the base station (eNB) when the contents are the contents provided from the local server; and a content reception step of receiving the contents from the base station. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides the method and the apparatus for efficiently receiving the contents which reduce resources used for receiving the contents and shorten a delay time.

    • According to the present invention, a method for controlling device triggering in a mobile communication system comprises the steps of: registering a default urgent level of a terminal when the terminal is connected; receiving a device trigger register including urgent level information transmitted from an application server, and setting the received urgent level in a packet filter; and comparing, upon reception of a downlink data packet from the application server, a default urgent level and an urgent level of the application server so as to determine whether or not to transmit a downlink data notification. The method for controlling device triggering in a mobile communication system further comprises the steps of: receiving a device trigger register including wait time information transmitted from an application server, and then setting the received wait time in the packet filter; and buffering during the wait time upon reception of the downlink data packet from the application server, and then determining a downlink data notification transmission upon expiration of the wait time.
