摘要： A method and apparatus for controlling inter-PLMN handover based on CSG lists of equivalent PLMNs is provided. A method for receiving subscriber information of a terminal at a Mobility Management Entity (MME) includes transmitting an update location request message for the terminal to a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), and receiving an update location acknowledgement message with the subscriber information of the terminal from the HSS, wherein the update location request message comprises a list of equivalent Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) among which the MME supports inter-PLMN handover of the terminal. The method and apparatus for controlling inter-plan handover to a CSG cell according to the present invention is characterized in that a control apparatus of a core network acquires the allowed CSG lists for determining a User Equipments (UEs) capability of access to a CSG cell and determines whether to permit inter-PLMN handover based on the allowed CSG lists.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for performing handover in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the following processes: confirming whether or not a terminal security information value list on the terminal is stored, upon receipt, from a base station, of a path switch request message related to the terminal; if the terminal security information value list is stored, generating a response message to the path switch request, containing an unused terminal security information value of the stored terminal security information value list; and transmitting, to the base station, the generated response message to the path switch request. According to the present invention, loads caused by the terminal handover signal generated by the base station can be reduced by means of the above-described processes.

The method generates an allowed list based on regions to control network access of a stationary wireless terminal, and includes: sending, by the wireless terminal, an attach request to a network; creating, by the network, an allowed list that contains information on regions in which the wireless terminal is permitted to access the network; and controlling, by the network, network access of the wireless terminal on the basis of the allowed list. 摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the transmission power of a base station in a wireless communication system, in which the signal-to-noise ratio for a target component carrier is calculated, and, if the signal-to-noise ratio is lower than a preset threshold value, a preset transmission power is increased or a request for reducing the transmission power is sent to a neighboring base station, to thereby recover the signal-to-noise ratio to a level higher than the threshold value.
