摘要： An appliance function switch has a housing (108) and a shaft (110) mounted in the housing for rotation about a shaft axis. At least one switching cam (116) on the shaft has a varying radial extent around the circumference of the shaft in a plane tranverse to the shaft axis. An indexing profile (124) on the shaft axially independent from the switching cams interacts with an indexer mounted in the housing. The indexer engages the indexing profile to align the shaft at each of a plurality of predefined rotational positions. A switch is located in the housing to be activated according to the radial extent of a respective cam.

摘要： A fluid valve has a housing (1) having an inlet port (5) and an outlet port (6). A fluid flow path (14) extends between the inlet port (5) and the outlet port (6). A valve member comprising a plunger (8) and valve stem (7) is located in the housing (1) in the fluid flow path (14). The valve member (7, 8) is moveable among a series of indexed positions. The valve member and the housing have a plurality of apertures (4) arranged such that a varied selection of the apertures is in the fluid flow path (14) according to the indexed position of the valve member. In at least one indexed position of the valve member, no apertures are in the flow path, and the valve is thus closed.

The container includes one or more openings therein, a first housing for containing a medicament, a stopper, a second housing, wherein the first housing is held within the second housing and the first housing is movable relative to the second housing. The system further includes an injection member a spring disposed between a lower portion of the first housing and a lower portion of the second housing, wherein an actuation mechanism interacts with the container to eject the injection member from the second housing, and the stopper moves relative to the first housing in a first direction to deliver the medicament through the injection member, and following injection, the injection member is retracted into the second housing to prevent an unintentional contact with the injection member.
