摘要： Systems, methods, and apparatuses for phase-rotated reference signals are provided, Sn accordance with one implementation, phase-rotated reference signals are transmitted from multiple transmit antennas on the same reference signal (RS) resource elements. The receiver may determine channel coefficients for links corresponding to the multiple antennas, based on the received signals at the RS resource elements. Time-domain filtering or frequency-domain orthogonal codes may be used to determine the channel coefficients for Sinks corresponding to the multiple antennas. The phase-rotation information may be broadcasted in a system information block (S!B) message or signaled in a radio resource control (RRC) message.

A UE may communicate directly with another UE over a direct inter-device communication link when they are located in proximity. The UE may adjust its transmit power for the inter-device communication during a device handshake/discovery procedure. For example, the UE may adjust its transmit power for the inter-device communication based on a data exchange between the UE and the other UE over the inter-device communication link. Long term evolution (LTE) downlink or uplink radio resources may be used for the data exchange over the inter-device communication link.

摘要： Systems and methods for user equipment (UE) for inter-device communication authorization and data sniffing in wireless communication systems are provided. A UE may communicate directly with another UE over a direct inter- device communication link when they are located in proximity. The UE may receive data sniffing related parameters corresponding to the inter-device communication link from a network entity, e.g. a mobile management entity (MME). The UE may store data exchanged over the inter-device communication link in a buffer and upload the stored data to a secure server in a network periodically or upon receiving a request from the network. Long term evolution (LTE) downlink or uplink radio resources may be used for the data exchange over the inter-device communication link.

摘要： Systems, methods, and apparatuses for transmitting physical hybrid automatic repetition request indicator channel (PHICH) signals using adaptive code rates are provided. In accordance with one implementation, various PHICH code rates may be supported by configuring a different number of resource element groups (REGs) to transmit the PHiCH signal. The information regarding the REGs may be transmitted to a user equipment (UE) in a radio resource control (RRC) message or in an uplink grant message or in a medium access control (MAC) control element. Correspondingly, the UE may detect the PHICH signal with adaptive code rate on the indicated REGs. Furthermore, channel state information (CSI) may be transmitted from the UE to a base station to indicate the measured PHICH quality, such that the base station may determine appropriate PHICH code rate for the UE based on the CSI information.
