摘要： A pressure sensor chip is described. The pressure sensor chip includes a substrate, a polycrystalline silicon layer, at least one silicon layer, and a diaphragm movement element. The polycrystalline silicon layer is formed on the substrate and has a cavity recess formed therein. The at least one silicon layer is formed on the polycrystalline silicon layer and covers the cavity recess thereby forming a reference chamber with a diaphragm. The diaphragm movement element is configured to sense movement of the diaphragm. An assembly incorporating the pressure sensor chip and a method of forming the pressure sensor chip are also described.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for capturing charged molecules of interest traveling in an electrolyte flow stream through an electrically non-conductive channel, comprising at least one anode and at least one cathode individually separated from said channel, but in electrical contact with said flow stream, by a conductive ion selective semi-permeable membrane. Said membrane interferes with the normal migration of ions towards its respective electrode, generating at least two zones of different electric field. Balance between hydrodynamic and electrical forces captures certain ions into the flow stream. It also relates to a device for performing the method.

摘要： The invention refers to a lining device (15) for a plate heat exchanger, a plate heat exchanger, and a method for manufacturing a plate heat exchanger with a package of heat transfer plates and an end plate (5), which has at least one porthole. The lining device includes a first part (16) and a second part (17). Each of these parts is manufactured of a sheet metal and has a substantially cylindrically pipe portion (16a, 17a) and an abutment portion (16b, 17b). The pipe portion of the first part is introducible in the porthole and the pipe portion of the second part is introducible in the porthole into the pipe portion of the first part in such a way that an area (19) is formed where the pipe portions overlap each other. The parts are connected to each other by means of a weld joint (18). The material thickness of the first part is larger than the material thickness of the second part at least at said overlapping area.
