摘要： A durable hydrophilic coating composition is provided comprising a film forming polymer, a wetting agent and from about 0.001% to about 40%, by weight of the composition, of nanoparticles. The nanoparticles are selected from the group consisting of alumina, silica and combinations thereof and have a particle size of from about 1 to about 750 nanometers. The weight ratio of the film forming polymer to the nanoparticles is from about 1: 1 to about 1 :30. A disposable absorbent article is also disclosed.

The forward power signal from strip (3) is coupled to the other part of mixer (12).

摘要： A device (12) for providing an indication of moisture present in skin of a user includes a device body (36) including a skin contact portion (30) . A sensor circuit (42) is located in the device body. The sensor circuit (42) is configured to produce an output signal having a signal value that corresponds to moisture level in the skin with the skin contact portion in contact with the skin at a skin measurement location. A controller (52) is in communication with the sensor circuit and is configured to determine the signal value of the output signal . The controller stores a first signal value in memory corresponding to a first output signal produced with the skin contact portion in contact with the skin of the user at a first skin measurement location. The controller stores a second signal value in memory corresponding to a second output signal generated with the contact portion in contact with the skin of the user at a second skin measurement location different from the first skin measurement location. The first and second signal values are used to indicate moisture present in the skin of the user at the second skin measurement location.

The microelements are embossed or pressed into an initial substrate structure, which in some embodiments is formed from extruded polymeric material, and in some cases from two layers of polymer that are co-extruded.
