    • The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a recyclable product material in order to achieve a predetermined strength within a predetermined strain rate interval. The product material comprises at least one matrix material and at least one fibre material. The matrix and fibre materials are chosen so that the values of their moduli of elasticity (Eij), moduli in shear (Gij) and the Poisson's ratios ( upsilon ij) assume a discontinuous distribution of the said matrix and fibre material quantities within different volume elements of the product material. It is further intended that a display curve defining a continuous distribution of a fibre size of the product material should exhibit symmetry in different volume elements of the product material.

    • The invention relates to a method of joining together by shape-establishing connection at least two elements (1a, 1b) of fibre-filled plastic, for example recycled plastic filled with recycled fibres, arranged at an interval (a) from one another and formed with channels (2), by means of a setting material to form a building block. The channels have closed sections. In connection with this, apertures (4) opening into at least one of the channels (2) are incorporated into essentially plane sides of the elements (1a, 1b) facing one another at preferably equidistant intervals along the elements (1a, 1b). A closed space defined by the sides of the elements facing one another is formed between the elements (1a, 1b). The setting material is introduced into said space so that it flows into the apertures (4) and where the latter open into the channels (4) forms parts (5) having a larger cross section than the apertures (4). Such a building block comprising at least two elements (1a, 1b), preferably of reinforced plastic, formed with channels (2) and arranged at an interval (a) from one another and with the insides facing one another. Between the elements (1a, 1b) is a material (3) which can be made to set, which bridges the said interval (a) between the elements (1a, 1b) and produces a shape-establishing connection between the two elements. The shape-establishing connection comprises apertures (4) which emerge from essentially plane sides of the elements facing one another and open into a channel (2) with closed section in each element. The setting material, where the apertures (4) open into the channels (2), forms parts (5) having a larger cross section than the apertures (4).
