摘要： A method for reducing pulverous copper (I) oxide into metallic copper in solid state by means of a reducing gas fed in a gas-tight furnace, which is equipped with an endless belt. The copper (I) oxide to be fed into the furnace is dried and heated, after which reduction is performed at a temperature between 600 and 900 0 C at least partially by means of hydrogen and the metallic copper formed is cooled, after which the copper sinter is removed from the furnace. The apparatus comprises a copper (I) oxide feed device, a tubular gas-tight furnace in which circulates an endless belt. In addition, the apparatus includes equipment to cool, remove and discharge the reduced material from the belt as well as equipment for feeding the reduction gas into the discharge end of the furnace and removing it from the feed end of the furnace.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for recovering the valuable metals from sulphidic raw material containing at least copper and zinc by means of hydrometallurgical treatment. Copper sulphide and zinc sulphide are components of the raw material, and are leached by means of an alkali chloride- copper (II) chloride solution. The divalent copper chloride is removed from the solution that is formed, and the solution is routed to zinc extraction to remove the zinc from the alkali chloride-copper chloride solution. The solution exiting zinc extraction, which is depleted with regard to zinc, is routed to final solution purification and copper recovery. The reagents required in the process are obtained primarily as products of the chlorine-alkali electrolysis that is related to the process.

摘要： The invention relates to a method by which the valuable metals and any possible precious metals are recovered from a material containing them, such as the mixed matte formed in a smelter. The valuable metals in the material formed in the smelter are leached with an acidic solution containing sulphate and chloride, from which each metal is separated by means of solvent extraction. In leaching,any precious metals contained in the material remain undissolved in the leach residue, from which they are leached with a solution containing hydrochloric acid in oxidizing conditions and separated from the solution by solvent extraction.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for leaching the metals while granulating molten matte, comprising the steps of feeding a molten matte as a falling stream into a granulation chamber (30), spraying a liquid jet on the stream of molten matte to atomize the matte, and cooling the matte particles thus formed. The liquid jet comprises an acid solution containing water and sulfuric acid so that the acid solution starts leaching metals from the molten matte when the liquid jet contacts the molten matte. Part of product solution from granulation can be circulated to liquid jets to increase the metal content in the solution and to reduce its acid content.
