摘要： A tissue-removing catheter (10) for removing tissue in a body lumen includes an elongate body (12). A tissue-removing element (20) mounted on a distal end portion (18) of the elongate body (12). The tissue-removing element (20) includes a body including an exterior surface having a first segment (80) extending from a proximal end toward a distal end of the tissue-removing element (20). A second segment (82) extends from the first segment (80) toward the distal end of the tissue-removing element (20). A third segment (84) extends from the second segment (84) to the distal end of the tissue-removing element (20). A transition between the first (80) and second (82) segments defines a first angle (α) formed between the first (80) and second (82) segments. A transition between the second (82) and third (84) segments defines a second angle (β) formed between the second (82) and third (84) segments. The tissue-removing element (20) is configured to remove the tissue as the tissue-removing element (20) is rotated by the elongate body (12) within the body lumen.

The inner liner (14) isolates an interior of the guidewire (26) lumen from the elongate body (12) and tissue-removing element (20) such that rotational and torsional forces are not transferred from the elongate body (12) and tissue-removing element (20) to the interior of the guidewire (26) lumen when the elongate body (12) and tissue-removing element (20) are rotated during operation of the tissue-removing catheter (10).

A guidewire lumen (24) extends through the elongate body (12) from a distal end of the catheter (10) to an intermediate location on the catheter (10) spaced distally from the proximal end portion of the catheter (10). The guidewire lumen is configured to receive a guidewire (26) such the catheter (10) can be removed from the body lumen by pulling the catheter (10) along the guidewire (26) without removing the guidewire (26) from the body lumen.

摘要： A delivery system includes an elongated shaft component, a self-expanding valve prosthesis, at least one cinching suture, and a radially-expandable sleeve. The valve prosthesis is disposed over a distal portion of the elongated shaft component and includes a compressed configuration for delivery and an expanded configuration for deployment. The at least one cinching suture removably couples the valve prosthesis to the elongated shaft component and radially compresses the valve prosthesis into the compressed configuration for delivery. The sleeve is secured to and encircles an outer surface of the valve prosthesis. The sleeve has a delivery state with a first diameter extending over a full length of the valve prosthesis in the compressed configuration and a deployed state with a greater second diameter extending over the full length of the valve prosthesis in the expanded configuration. The sleeve is configured to prevent paravalvular leakage in situ in the deployed state.

摘要： Embodiments hereof relate to methods of delivering a valve prosthesis to an annulus of a native valve of a heart, the native valve having chordae tendineae (CT). A chordae management catheter (520) is positioned within a ventricle of the heart, the chordae management catheter having a displacement component (530) at a distal end thereof. The displacement component has an annular shape and defines a central lumen therethrough. The displacement component is radially expanded to push chordae tendineae within the ventricle radially outward. A valve delivery system (2040) is introduced into the ventricle of the heart via a ventricular wall of the heart. The valve delivery system has the valve prosthesis (101) at a distal portion thereof. The valve delivery system is advanced through the central lumen of the radially expanded displacement component towards the annulus of the native valve of the heart. The valve prosthesis is deployed into apposition with the annulus of the native valve.
