    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating direct current power, which has a microelectronic design including a simple, stable, and highly efficient circuit, and to a method for generating direct current power. The direct-current power-generating apparatus, which has a commercial AC power apply unit and a load, comprises: a switch unit for switching the load on/off; a first power-generating unit which, if the load is switched off by the switch unit, transforms the commercial AC power applied from both ends of the switch unit, and rectifies and smoothes the transformed power so as to output direct-current voltage; and a second power-generating unit which, if the load is switched on by the switch unit, extracts the VTM of a power control element and rectifies and smoothes the extracted VTM so as to output direct-current voltage.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a ground-burial-type solid insulated transformer. More specifically, the method produces a transformer which avoids shocking humans and livestock that come into contact with its external casing. Shocks are avoided through use of a shell made of a polymeric compound which easily cools the transformer and which does not corrode even after long-term under ground. The invention comprises a first process wherein a coil form is prepared to form an inner window; a second process wherein a low-voltage coil and high-voltage coil are wound on said coil form creating a first coil part; a third process wherein glass fiber is wound on said first coil part creating a second coil part, and a mold formed to correspond to said inner window and inserted therein before said second coil part is heated; a fourth process wherein the second coil part into which said mold has been inserted is placed in the mold, and an epoxy resin and a curing agent are injected thereby forming a third coil part under vacuum, pressure, and temperature; a fifth process wherein said third coil part undergoes automatic mold-curing, and said mold is separated from said inner window before said third coil part is subjected to post-treatment curing; a sixth process wherein said third coil part is cooled, sanded and washed, and a semiconducting coating agent is applied creating a fourth coil part; a seventh process wherein a core is assembled at said fourth coil part to creating a fifth coil part, and said fifth coil part is tested; an eighth process wherein a conductive mesh is combined with said fifth coil part, a shell assembled and a silicone or polymer compound is filled between said fifth coil part and said shell; and a ninth process wherein the completed transformer is tested.

    • The present invention is a natural pure water barrel carrier which comprises a base frame which is horizontally installed, plural lateral wall frames which are vertically set up in the longitudinal direction of the base frame and are distanced from each other in order to form a housing space that houses natural pure water barrels, a separation-preventive bar which is positioned across the opening of the housing space and allowed to lift and lower, and blocks and opens the opening of the housing space depending on the position thereof, an elevating and lowering unit which provides lifting or lowering force by elasticity of a spring to the separation-preventive bar, and a stopper which suppresses the movement of the separation-preventive bar in the corresponding direction to elasticity of the spring, when there is no external aid, after the separation-preventive bar moves in the opposite direction to elasticity of the spring to open or block the opening of the housing space. The present invention includes the separation-preventive bar which semi-automatically opens and blocks the opening of the hosing space for natural pure water barrels by lifting and lowering within a short distance, so physical distribution may be further automated, and loading and unloading of natural pure water barrels are facilitated.

    • Disclosed is a method for producing medical dressing made of skin, comprising the following steps: separating, peeling and obtaining the entire thickness of skin from a pig for medical use; dipping the thus-obtained skin into low-concentration glycerol, and spin-culturing the skin using high-concentration glycerol; washing the skin using a sterile saline solution after being cultured in the high-concentration glycerol; spin-culturing the skin in a 0.1 N NaOH solution after washing; neutralizing the skin treated with the NaOH solution, in 0.1 N HCl, and washing the skin using a saline solution; cutting the washed skin, permitting the skin to have a mesh structure, and packing the skin in 20 to 30% glycerol; and placing dry ice around the packed product, and sterilizing the packed product using gamma rays. The skin dressing of the present invention employs a physical treatment method and a chemical treatment method at the same time, thus completely removing contaminants caused by pig hair and immunogens which might remain in the pig skin even after the treatment using the high-concentration glycerol. According to the present invention, the skin which is cultured in high-concentration glycerol is dipped in the low-concentration glycerol during the packing step, freeze-stored and sterilized using gamma rays, thus preventing deformation of the skin, which might occur in the event of gamma ray sterilization performed in high-concentration glycerol, and also preventing discoloration of glycerol.
