摘要： Disclosed are methods for establishing random access channel (RACH) transmission to prepare against the frequency offset. One of the methods reduces the length of the RACH preamble even if the frequency offset exists, allows the RACH preamble to include a repeated structure (also called an iterative structure) or to use a specific sequence with less affect on the frequency offset, so that the Node-B can easily detect the RACH preamble. If different conditions are established in a high-speed user equipment (UE) and a low-speed UE, an amount of system overheads can be reduced as compared to another case in which an overall RACH condition has been prescribed for only the high-speed UE irrespective of the low- speed UE. And, the method determines whether the UE can estimate its speed according to the aforementioned RACH setup condition, and prescribes a detailed RACH access method according to the determined result.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for transmitting a cell ID of a specific type as physical layer ID information in addition to existing cell ID information. To this end, a method for increasing the number of cell IDs used in transmission of existing cell ID information in a synchronization channel can be employed, and a part of existing cell IDs can be set to be used for the transmission of additional specific type cell ID information. More specifically, in a case of increasing the number of cell IDs, a method for increasing the number of cell ID groups associated with a sub-synchronization channel without ambiguity problems and collision problems, a method for adding the number of cell IDs associated with a main synchronization channel in such a manner so as to satisfy characteristics of complex symmetry, a method for transmitting information using a transmission timing relationship of a main synchronization code and a sub synchronization code, and a method for transforming a scrambling scheme can be used. Further, in a case of reserving a part of existing cell IDs, characteristics of complex symmetry are considered in relation to a main synchronization channel, and ambiguity and collision problems are considered in relation to a sub-synchronization channel.

A signal mapping method using shifted subcarriers includes shifting positions of data subcarriers by as much as a frequency band corresponding to half of spacing between data subcarriers on a frequency axis, and shifting positions of random access preamble subcarriers by as much as a frequency band corresponding to half of spacing between the data subcarriers and to a specific ratio of spacing between the random access preamble subcarriers, and mapping data and a random access preamble to the data subcarriers and the random access preamble subcarrier, respectively. 摘要： A method for establishing a cyclic shift sequence to provide against the frequency offset is disclosed. The method calculates a distance between a channel response position of the sequence and an alias channel response position caused by a frequency offset, calculates the number of cyclic shifts per group according to the calculated distance, and establishes the cyclic shift (CS)- applying interval. This method easily establishes a cyclic shift (CS) interval at a specific location having no overlapping by considering a channel response of a reception (Rx) sequence and an alias location of this reception (Rx) sequence, although a reception (Rx) signal is shifted by a channel delay spreading or a propagation delay irrespective of categories of a domain generating a sequence, so that it can greatly reduce the number of the detection errors and the false alarm rate. And, if a sequence of the cyclic shift (CS) is allocated to a cell having a frequency offset of more than a predetermined level, the present invention can minimize the influence of a frequency offset on a high-mobility cell.

摘要： Provided is a method for transmitting a synchronization signal in a cellular mobile communication system using a frequency reuse scheme. The method comprises the steps of equally dividing the entire subcarrier of a frequency band given for the transmission of a synchronization signal to a plurality of subcarrier groups, mapping the synchronization signal to the subcarrier of a predetermined subcarrier group, and transmitting the synchronization signal. The frequency interval between subcarriers of said predetermined subcarrier group from among the subcarrier groups forming the entire subcarrier is irregular. Synchronization signals between heterogeneous systems or a plurality of synchronization signals in the same system are definitely discriminated, thus enabling a terminal to acquire synchronization in an efficient manner.
