    • The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition against an antibiotic-resistant strain containing, as active ingredients, one or more elements selected from a group consisting of sulforaphene and sulforaphane. More particularly, the present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition which contains, as active ingredients, one or more elements selected from a group consisting of sulforaphene and sulforaphane, and which acts on methicillin-resistant staphylococcus, vancomycin-resistant enterococcus or antibiotic-resistant colon bacillus, pneumobacillus, salmonella typhimurium and enterococcus faecalis and the like to inhibit the growth of an antibiotic-resistant strain. The antimicrobial composition of the present invention inhibits the growth of gram-negative bacillus and gram-positive bacillus having a resistance to beta-lactam antibiotics such as vancomycin, penicillin, methicillin and the like or against non-beta-lactam antibiotics, and therefore can be used in the prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections, and can be valuably used as antibiotics against super-bacteria.
